Rob Cross, owner of Muru Leadership, had recently established a successful leadership coaching business. Rob had ambitious growth objectives and was looking for marketing support to help Muru Leadership achieve its goals.
Rob had focused initially on generating leads from potential customers via LinkedIn and was looking to extend his reach with the aim of raising awareness of the Muru Leadership brand in multiple social media platforms. He also wanted to increase the ʻvisibilityʼ of the Muru Leadership website in the online environment so that prospective customers searching via Google for leadership coaching services ʻfindʼ the Muru website.
Hannah helped Rob develop a social media strategy to grow the number of followers on LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram. She also helped Rob improve the SEO value of the Muru Leadership website by recommending improvements to the content to his website and optimising keywords for the content of the site. Both of which helped Rob to raise awareness of Muru Leadership with a broader number of potential customers.
In order to increase bookings by targeting previous clients, Hannah helped Rob develop a regular MailChimp newsletter that included updates and offers to encourage recommendations and repeat bookings.
